Summer is the season for BBQ rib fests!

I love summer, but this year is gonna be brutal, it's already passed 100 degrees a few times here. I mowed my lawn last Monday and it's dead now, hot & dry I can only imagine July & August. Hello electric bill, Hell I guess I'm being a downer huh?

^^It's been cool all spring up here WetWilly, so we'll take any warmth we can get, especially looking at GM's picture of the car in the snowdrift...

I don't water my lawn anymore, I am thinking of letting it go native, we are allowed to plant native species here and they are drought resistant, it's either that or put in new sod this fall, and seeing the idiots running this town have destroyed acres of forested areas here to put in a new sub-division, the more of us that do put things back to normal the better for all the little critters that need a place to live.

Okay rant is over, gonna be spectacular today, so it's a 30 km bike ride this afternoon before it gets too hot.
