Classic Rock Radio (at least of the FM type) has gotten almost intolerably stale and predictable, and it's not like it was exactly fresh or unpredictable 10 or 20 years ago.

When Classic Rock Radio refuses even to play the damn Doobie Brothers for crying out loud, then Classic Rock Radio has become a cliche, a burlesque, a sad joke, and not a viable programming format.

But yeah, go ahead and play "Hot Burnin" 15 friggin times a day.

Welcome, EatonCountyObserver! I hear what you are saying, but I can't say that I am personally bothered by what the radio do or do not play, since I never listen to radio.

Welcome!

I don't really like radios... I only listen to Classic21 (I live in Belgium) because it's a radio with classic rock, there's often Neil Young, which I'm fan!
Moreover, I only switch on the radio when I drive!

Though, at least you have radios that broadcast country music!
In Europe no one knows about country music...

The saddest thing about music it's the channels like MTV, back in the 90's it was still good, now it's always the same.

Hello and welcome!! :cheers2

I never listen to radio. I stopped listening when "classic rock" stations started playing Foo Fighters & Red Hot Chilli Peppers.
