Do you remember the sound of the 80's? Def Leppard, Europe, Scorpions, and Bon Jovi ! If you dug those bands you will definitely find great pleasure in this 5 piece band from Sweden. This band has managed to revive the sound of the 80's but yet give it their own flair.
This group of guys got together in 2006 and released their debut album, "Time Elevation", in 2009, which I have to admit is an excellent piece of work. I stumbled upon them about a month ago visiting a metal blog and there was background music playing on the blog. I messaged the author of the blog asking what the music was, and Voila! I was introduced to Grand Design.
