I like both, but have to give my nod and vote to More Than Words because Gary and Nuno's harmonies are one of the coolest things about the song. To Be With You has 3 or 4 guys singing on the choruses and it's all the same line, next to no harmony.

Neither song is incredible by any means, but both were cool for what they were back in the day.

This is a really good match-up, and I liked both songs back-in-the-day.

Too close for me to call, so I fall back on Mr. Big seeming more legit... like they would have done "To Be With You" even if the style wasn't the flavor-of-the-month back then.

"More than Words" for me. Not because I really like it that much but because Extreme has some of the most underrated vocal harmonies in music. Period.
