ELO: I think?

I think this particular song is from ELO, probably 30 years ago or so. What I do remember is the song was mostly instrumental or was 100% instrumental. There was excellent interplay between what sounded like a 12 string guitar and a synthesizer. I've gone through a lot of ELO's discography but I couldn't find it. It might not even be ELO. Any ideas? This has been bothering me for 20 years now.
