This is a good and also tough poll, hawk!
I like both of these awesome songs, and in different, cool and good ways!
Megalomania is a great song from Sabotage, which became even more awesome experiencing in concert, imo!
Diary of a Madman is one of Ozzy's best solo songs, imo! With the major significance of all of the great band members on that album, but much more so with the great guitar playing of Randy Rhoads!
One of the interesting things, imo, is there doesn't seem to be many live versions of DoaM with Randy on guitar, which is kind of strange, imo. Unless there may be a live version on a newer remastered reissue or perhaps on a boxset that I'm unaware of. 
My close vote is one more for Megalomania, today!
