Interesting to see how many of the bands so far didn't even place last year. I find it hard to believe that Bad Company didn't!

Uh oh Sooty... SP is slipping. We're going to have to start blackmailing people into voting for them next year early.

The Velvet Underground! I didn't think they would rank in the Top 50, but I'm actually very happy they did, considering that, without counting The Beatles, they are probably my favourite band ever.
