Band name I would probably name it something like The Shred Artist.
My ideal super thrash band would have

Dave Mustaine on lead/rhythm guitar and main vocals.
James Hetfield on rhythm guitar with some backing vocals.
Pete Sandoval on drums.
Trey Azagthoth (Morbid Angel) another lead guitarist for the twin lead guitar attack.
Jason Newsted on bass. That guy has written some of the best bass lines.

Took Trey from a death metal band but a lot of his solo and just general guitar skills would serve well in a super thrash group.

Hetfield's clean vocals would be best served for backing vocals and let Mustaine be the central point of the singing since he tends to growl more.

Also took Pete Sandoval a death metal drummer because his blast beat is like no other, would serve well for a thrash band too of such intensity.
