wow peeps the albums in your personnel poll votes are awesome
Damn, I can't! I feel like I have to pick at least 5...

Seventh Sojourn
Demons and Wizards
The Grand Wazoo

But Caravanserai, Foxtrot, Closer to the Edge, Thick as a Brick?! What a year...

From the list:

Close to the Edge
Foxtrot
Thick as a Brick

I'm going to go off the list and name
Hawkwind - Doremi Fasol Latido as another excellent prog album of 1972.

Demons and Wizards
Close to The Edge
Foxtrot

Awesome set of albums!
I chose:
Foxtrot-Supper's Ready is the band's greatest track,so I had th pick this first!
Close to the Edge-Three epic tracks=One Excellent Album.
Caravanserai-Santana does jazz rock/fusion.Classic!

my own votes go to Yes/Genesis/Emerson, Lake & Palmer
