I'm not a fan of the cover artwork, I think it's probably their weakest so far, but I'm sure the album will be great. These guys have never released a bad album (obviously people who are not fans will find them all terrible), but I do think their last one "A Skeletal Domain", was their best album since "The Wretched Spawn".

Artwork was good enough imo. They don't have to really put too much into it given Kill, Evisceration Plague had average artworks and were killer albums sonically.

Unfortunately the European version comes with a censored artwork, so I had to fork out for shipping, to get a copy from the US. On top of paying more, it means I'll probably have to wait about a month still for my copy to show up.
