"Silver Springs". A post-breakup song written by Stevie Nicks about her ex, Lindsay Buckingham so he would think of her every time he heard this song on the radio. 
When I first saw this video on MTV in 1997 it was almost 20 years after F.M. recorded the song and I'd have to say by then she was almost over it.
