annie, it was joke. Just like I'm sure George himself thought it was when he appeared on the Simpsons and they sang on top of Moe's Tavern and not Abbey Road studios.

U2 played on a rooftop also...and the same jokes/comparison were made.

Also this is not the first time Bon Jovi played on a rooftop.

Again it was only a comparison joke. I like Bon Jovi and it's a cool video.
