Diana Leah has exited Delain after 4 years and there's already new music. Apparently, for now, they're going back to the original formula of a rotation guest artists.
Delain - NEW COLLABORATIVE CAST:
Marko Hietala
Sharon den Adel - Within Temptation
Anneke van Giersbergen
Fabienne Erni - Eluveitie
Patty Gurdy
Noa Gruman - Sabaton’s Legendary Orchestra
Paolo Ribaldini
Johanna Kurkela - Auri / Eye of Melian
Ruud Jolie - Within Temptation
Delain - We Are Fire (Feat. Fabienne Erni of Eluveitie, Noa Gruman and Paolo Ribaldini)
Also, Floor Jansen has left Nightwish. No news on this band's future, but a lot of speculation.
Personally, I'd prefer a return to the Tarja era style of pure symphonic metal.
