Beatles white album, as a single album

Those were the days! The Beatles crankin out 30 songs on the White album! The Stones, WHO, Dylan., Kinks, Hendrix, Clapton... WOW What a great time!

And we would get all that in one year! What do we get now? Beady Eye? A re-mastered
(slightly) clearer version of some 40 year old album,,,

I'm starting to get into films and books, there isint that much fresh stuff I wanna hear
once in a while Ray Davies or Dylan or McCartney or someone puts something good out.
I did like a collective soul album I hear, but I guess thats over ten years ago now

I think it would have been a great idea. IMHO, there's a lot of crap on the White Album, thus one of the reasons I think it's overrated. What I like, I really like, but what I don't like, I really don't care for at all. You could easily trim half the fat off that thing.
