I'm a huge fan of The Beatles. Not anti-Stones but there is just no comparison to me.

Yeah, I think the Beatles showed their experience (Quarrymen, Hamburg etc) and in a tight budget and time frame... the Stones were pretty quick of the ground though... but hadn't honed song writing as yet.... fully. Oddly I struggle with the Beatles second album.

Beatles For Sale or Beatles 65 might be my least favorite Beatle album and I still prefer it most days to Beggars Banquet.
