Haven't listened to the Humble Pie album, but it would be hard to beat At Fillmore East for me. That's one of the epic live albums of all-time in my book. But, alas, I can't vote against something I've never heard before. Maybe this should've been a three-way thread with the Neil Young/Crazy Horse live album from the Fillmore thrown into the mix:
