Anyone Recognize This Sticker?

So Karma finally paid me a visit the other day... I found this 1946 Martin at a Value Village

It's scheduled to get the neck set but I'm wondering about the sticker. The guitar has a little "peace" sticker in the shape of a bird. Looks very old. Also, the case looks like it used to have the same sticker.

It was purchased in Seattle, WA. Attached to it was one of the old ace straps like Jimi and some others wore.

Before I have the sticker removed, I wanted to be sure I wasn't removing a piece of history. Anyone recognize this?

Sincerely doubt that it's anything nostalgic. A 5 second google search and I found the exact graphic along with a heart. Just something someone wanted mucking up their guitar.

But that's just my opinion, don't take my word as gospel. Also, Ace straps have been around since at least the 60's or early 70's. I used to have a couple of them in the late 80's and early 90's.

Currently, that exact same strap is on ebay for $20.

I get that the auction says "reissue" and it's not a "vintage" strap, however, just be aware of that very fact, there ARE reissues.

Actually, I'm sure that's the exact sticker Allen Collins had on his acoustic guitar, when Lynyrd Skynyrd recorded Free Bird. It was the take where Allen Collins broke a string, but the band kept playing while he changed it and jumped back in. It's all on tape and you can hear the demo on the 2001 reissue of (Pronounced 'Lĕh-'nérd 'Skin-'nérd). The Allen Collins estate has been looking for that exact sticker since his passing.
