Any brainboxes know who this band are?

Guys I'm still stuck on this one.

They are a little-known glam rock band from the 80s - Can anybody please let me know who they are?

The guy on the front left corner looks like he could be a young David Bryan (keyboardist for Bon Jovi). I highly doubt it is, but he certainly looks a lot like him
