I recently stumbled across Guet-Apens by Ange and liked it, even though I do not speak French and their lyrics are all in French. They probably conform to the symphonic rock sub-genre, but are fairly unique. I understand they were a seventies band, but they passed me by. My knowledge of progressive rock from France is limited to Eloy, who I came across in the early eighties and whose lyrics are in English.
Does anyone here know anything about Ange? Did they record anything in English?
