^^So how does this newest release stack up in your humble opinion Sooty??

It's a grower compared to the two prior but it's a solid album nonetheless! They had a lesser production value due to making the album without a contract and using their own money to record it. With a big sound like theirs a smaller budget can definitely change things but the album is still filled with great material! :grinthumb

Sweet! Maybe you could convince one of your crew to check them out! :heheh: I really think that this band has enough classic rock/hard rock elements to be enjoyed by a lot of our members here! :grinthumb

This is a band I've promised to get around to giving a good listen...but it hasn't happened yet. I am putting my mark in here to remind myself for later though! :D

Well here's your chance as I've updated all the dead links and revitalized this thread! Plus, they have a new album coming out:

Here's the single off of the album:

Aggressive, raw, and energetic are the first three things that come to my mind. Reminds me a bit of Sonic Youth, which I haven't heard in years as well as the Smashing Pumpkins. No question, I hear elements of prog, especially the keys and the sax in one track which is unique for a band of this style. Prefer the more fast, intense tracks. Good stuff Soot.

Thanks Joe! While I love the slow buildups which usually serve as actually intros my favorite track is actually Caterwaul which is a faster more agressive track itself! Definitely a varied band that is meant to be heard through an album. Some of their tracks even veer towards Beatle like pop IMO. If you ever check out Worlds Apart or So Divided which are their best albums IMO feel free to tell me how they sounded to you! :cheers2
