Knight Area has performed at leading festivals in the United States and Canada, and in Sweden, The United Kingdom, Germany and France. The first three albums received critical acclaim internationally.
The album is recorded in The Netherlands, and mixed and mastered in the US, and not just by everybody’s engineers. Neil Kernon (Hall & Oates, David Bowie, Judas Priest) and Alan Douchess (Fleetwood Mac, Symphony X, Kool and the Gang, Sepultura) both delivered a great achievement.

The album contains a duet between vocalist Mark Smit and Charlotte Wessels of Delain. It’s the only ballad on this diverse album The other songs range from progressive rock, symphonic rock to AOR (adult orientated rock). Furthermore, you can hear some jazz influences.

The DRU Cultuurfabriek is a well chosen location for an album release. In this in 2009 reopened building – the roots of which go back to the year 1754- a lot of attention has been given to acoustics.

The DRU Cultuurfabriek will open its doors on 8 October at 20.00 for this show. Tickets are available at www.drucultuurfabriek.nl. For more information on Knight Area: www.knightarea.com
