Who knows for sure but it is a hell of a lot no matter what.

Indeed, just like "The Ultimate Collection" (2001) was essentially a reissue of "Light Years, The Very Best of Electric Light Orchestra" (1997) and "Playlist: The Very Best of Electric Light Orchestra" (2008) is "The Essential Electric Light Orchestra" (2003).
