I went with Ian Hunter. Living through the Great White era I actually didn't mind their version though Hunter's is definitely better. As I said "Living through the Great White era..." I actually loved their cover of the Who's "Substitute" with that thumping bass in the intro that had me reminiscing of Johnny Thunders cover of "Pipeline". They covered some Zep which sounded great at the time & they covered a hard rockin' version of my fav all-time tune Badfinger's "No Matter What. Unfortunately, listening to the cover of Zep's "Rock & Roll" & the Badfinger tune nowadays they sound quite awful but I still love their cover of Substitute & still like their version of Once Bitten but... everyone's tastes are different
