    "One more suicide" was another solid song.

    I would dare to say that the supergroup "Temple of the Dog" was a one-hit wonder with "Hunger Strike". One of the best 90s songs, maybe Eddie Vedder and Chris Cornell should have continued working together.

    Calexico also comes to mind with "The Ballad of Cable Hogue". I recently listened to a couple of their albums and that is indeed the one song that is memorable.

    I think this one is 90's---Romeo Void's song, "Never Say Never"---was weird, that tune...Please correct me if I am wrong on this one...8-]]

    Never Say Never was from 1984, great song tho.

    A few more from the 90s....all over the radio back then, I got em in my collection, never heard on the radio these days.

    In The Meantime by spacehog was bitchin, but sex and candy dreams isnt marcy playground's only hit by any means, theyre actually a great band, listen to crazy katy nicotine lady, sherry fraser, or ancient walls of flowers to name a few. i was surprised.

    Uhm, you nailed the definition of a one-hit-wonder with the Connells and then posted the opposite of it with the Pumpkins... that's a tad confusing.
