    Either of the first two albums would be worthy of being my "favoite". Both are outstanding, exemplary pieces of classic southern rock. Flipping a coin .... Second Helping gets my vote.

    Cover Or Original.

    For my money, the Santana version is infinitely better than the original Zombies version :bow: One of my all-time favorite covers. I like the vocals better and Santana just crushes this song with his impeccable playing style, phrasing and tone.

    Gotta be honest, I think that Beggar's Banquet is highly overrated. Couple of decent tracks, but no where near worthy of the accolades that some people give it. I'd take Some Girls over BB any day of the week, and twice on Sundays. Let It Bleed is a damn decent album, and is also far better...

    AC/DC song battle! Back In Black Edition

    Love both. The intro and theme of Hells Bells has long made it one of my favorite AC/DC songs. Back in Black has a bit more of a party song feel to it, while Hells Bells is a bit darker. I also think that Hells Bells has more of a feel of the Bon Scott era, which I have an appreciation for.

    Jonny Lang - Smokin' (1995) Hard to believe this kid was only like 14 yrs old when this album was recorded/released. To be playing blues guitar like that at that age is pretty amazing (if you ask me).

    Sabbath, but I will say that I still like much of Zep's last studio album. It really would have been interesting to see where the band was going after that album, had Bonham not died.

    Van Halen song battle 3!!

    Musically, I think that On Fire is a more interesting song. Its biggest downfall is the chorus, which just sounds screechy and cringeworthy. The rest of the song is pretty damn good. That being said, that chorus is enough to make me vote the other way. Atomic Punk gets my vote.

    Mother. I don't care who cringes, I'll say it. I think that Ace of Spades is vastly overrated. That's not to say it's a terrible song, but I do not think it's worthy of the praise that it gets from people.

    I may have to check that out for the reason that I'm not a fan of anything of theirs. Some of the music is ok, but I have yet to hear anything that made me say "holy shit, I need to hear that again".
