Favorite progressive rock bands?
Thanks for the you tube link....never heard of them. They definitely fit into mid 70s' prog rock. The only band I know is 'Axis' with an I which is listed on Prog Rock Archives. 'Axas' is not listed. They were from Deer Creek,Indiana apparently which is not that far from where I live between me...- dr wu

Recommend Something New (2020’s)
Interesting alt country with 'jazz rockabilly swing' elements...too clever for the masses....Warden was in the Wagoneers for a time which imho was new wave country which you can hear on Jackpot beneath the horns and production. I think those into odd alt country might like it but it's not my cup...- dr wu

71-72 lived in small apt at IU ...Bloomington. IN...with a good friend. He played the crap out of that lp trying to learn the Keith Richards guitar licks on his gold top Les Paul. Had to buy a new copy when we moved on cause he wore it out. :oops:- dr wu
