I have always been a prog fan and especially the so-called 'Canterbury' bands genre.
A few examples:
Hatfield and the NOrth- Rotters Club - 'MUmps'
Caravan-In Land of Grey and Pink- 9 Feet Underground
National Health- Of Queues and Cures- Bryden Two Step
Thanks for the you tube link....never heard of them. They definitely fit into mid 70s' prog rock.
The only band I know is 'Axis' with an I which is listed on Prog Rock Archives.
'Axas' is not listed. They were from Deer Creek,Indiana apparently which is not that far from where I live between me...
According to Andy Edwards above this is the first true side long prog epic......maybe....I have no idea because several bands wee doing weird stuff back then...at any rate here it is...
btw one can here the ELP beginnings since Emerson on keys started ELP later.
Ars Vita Longa Brevis- Nice

I think those into odd alt country might like it but it's not my cup...

With what time I have left

Did you ever figure that out.....?
BTW this is from our Google friends ;)
Based on available information about the Lithuanian big-beat band Gintarėliai, their 1971 song "Ką Man Daryti" (What Should I Do) is generally regarded as an original creation from the Kaunas big-beat scene rather than...
