Posted this in the past....version by This MOrtal Coil........written by the great Gene Clark who founded The BYrds with Roger McGuinn.
Strength of Strings
One of the early bands on the great 4AD label along with Dead Can Dance (Perry of DCD wanted them to tour with them) and Cocteau Twins, This Mortal Coil......etc.
They also remind me of Simple Minds (not on 4AD) Echo and Joy Division....dark primordial music.

'All Washed Up'.....new TRick lp 2025
Just fished listening on you tube....
The last lp I bought was Dream Police in 1979 so this was interesting for me. Some one on the forum recommended a few later ones a while back and I thought they were decent but didnt capture that vibe they onec had...
Wonderful lp....one of my all time favorites being a big Joe Walsh fan.
'Thirds' was his last lp with James Gang..."Walk Away'" was a single from THirds.

Porchfest 2024...(somewhere in Freeport Nova Scotia which is somewhere...

Dont own any albums but I might get a best of or simply the first one though tbh not sure I would play it very often.
I am a fan of The Allman Brothers and...
From Proto Kaw 1971-1973 before Kansas became official.......different musicians except for LIvgren
'Belexes'
Livgren also reformed the oiginal Proto KAw band in 2003 for 3 lps....this is the first...Before Became After....I personally like this material over his solo work.
Decided to listen and post some solo things by Robby Steinhardt-violin from Kansas, Steve Walsh -vocals and keys from Kansas and Kerry Livgren-guitar and keys and major songwriter.
Never really paid much attention to them after they left Kansas so....
'Not In Kansas Anymore' -Robby Steinhardt...
