    Draconian (Official Thread)

Some of their early tracks remind me a great deal of Sabbath. There's some very Iommi-like chord progressions there. I remember not liking the growls in Vader when I first heard them in 1992, but this type of music speaks to me now. I'm not sure what happened to me.

    Lou Gramm is back!

It has an Agent Provocateur vibe to it. And if that's fresh recording, he's still got the cords for the chords.

    The return of...Triumph

I wish they would bring both guitar players on tour. These 2 were mind blowing together at the Canadian Songwriters HoF.

    The return of...Triumph

Cool beans! I always thought it was a shame these guys got a bit overshadowed by that other Canadian power trio, but I always loved Triumph. I liked Rik's first couple solo albums a lot too, but never owned any of the later ones.

    Kansas (Official Thread)

My Favorite Kerry Livgren solo work will always be Seeds Of Change. Not as overtly Christian as his AD stuff would be. With the range of guests musicians, it was kind of a best of the best for the time (1980). It was the first time I believe I ever heard Ronnie James Dio singing, and I love...

I seem to remember both of those redos having triple guitar tracks, which makes them even more mind blowing. Otherwise pretty true to the originals.
