Weird. Not even over a year ago I still didn't like Slipknot but some songs off this actually made me come around and start to enjoy their work.

I may have to check that out for the reason that I'm not a fan of anything of theirs. Some of the music is ok, but I have yet to hear anything that made me say "holy shit, I need to hear that again".

Vol 3 is probably the one album that had me bordering on that holy shit reaction these days but overall I agree they aren't a band that deserves the worship many give them. I do enjoy them myself now but I have long preferred bands like Korn, Disturbed, Deftones, SOAD, Staind and other bands alike. I also prefer bands like Wednesday 13, Stone Sour which are side projects.
