I think my all-time favorite for beginning a concert isn't just the song "Sweet Jane" by Lou Reed, but the intro to the song (which at 3:20 is almost a song in itself). The note-perfect, lead guitar tradeoffs between Dick Wagner and Steven Hunter are as good as it gets for me.
