Some activity as of late, place has been a whirl wind compared to before.

Just last night I discovered that the thing I've been doing for years to cope with anxiety and other issues, is almost exactly Transcendental Meditation.

And I recently discovered that pizza is nothing insipid with liquor and tastes amazing when soaked in beer.

Two different types of people, yeah?

I got to BC quite late, but it was a revelation for me.

Kudos on the Wishbone Ash...

You guys may already know this but if not, BC's third lp,
New and Improved- side 2, is one to pay close attention
too. They brought in guitarist Randy Holden (king of
Marshall amps) and it is the heaviest trip-playing drenched
in sterling leads... only album he played on and at the
end of Fruit and Icebergs, you can hear a 'good god'
from someone in the studio.
