for some reason itunes couldn't find the file to play it....so I bought it again,great album!

Is that Hendrix' Midnight Lightning, Vader? Many years ago I purchased Crash Landing
and there was a great deal of controversy on both lp's. Producer Douglas took
archived Jimi tapes and embellished that with other musicians who he had fill
in new parts to mesh with 'completed' songs. I thought Crash Landing sounded
pretty good way back, but I understood it was compromised a bit... oh well.

Here's to March Madness and Sun God Bruin, Bill Walton (lol), who never lets up
with his crazy neo-philosophical crimson burn banter which is often way out there
and hilarious. Anyway a show at the home of the UCLA Bruins in '73 when BW
was a much younger Dead Head and great college basketball player.
