I was lucky enough to score this disc at a long lost mall record store back in
the 90's, may have ordered it tho' don't think so. It is a two-fer/ listening
to Ssshhh now. The audio is up to standard on a Mobile Fidelity disc which
is pretty great. TYA always reminds me of what a terrific band they were
back in the do. They were great live and had a every seat boppin' when
I saw them many many yrs ago on their R&RMTTW tour.

The double banger intro to Cricklewood Green, Sugar the Road/Working On the Road
is a pure and unadulterated classic way to open it up. And then there's 50 Thousand
Miles Beneath My Brain. The fluidity of Alvin Lee's guitar style and sound had made
some noticable leaps and bounds by this record...

One dark, despairing record, but the production and composition values are
is so startling, Baerwald is so great and unknown, it finds its way to the
audio set-up often. Hard to believe it came out over 20 yrs ago...

You blow off one head you get another dozen
The money gods of Washington got a lot of waiting cousins
Bellies full of Cutty Sark and faces ripe for mugging
The tyrant and the mob are joined up like a witch's coven
And the whitecoats and the technocrats are warming up their ovens

Us we got nothing no reason no clue
Just the got no shotgun hydrahead octopus blues
