My favorite modern Rap artist that hasn't quite broke through into mainstream is Hopsin. He has a flow and manic expression like Eminem but has more of the message based Rap that's mostly missing from Hip-Hop. His Ill mind series may be some of my favorite Rap ever:

My latest jam is more juvenile but just fun! I love Run The Jewels and they have the best lyrical flow. Usually they are more conscious and message oriented but on this DJ Shadow track they let loose in the crazy way ODB used to.
