Underrated Bands

so I thought maybe we could start a thread for underrated bands were we post music by bands, talk about them and such that we think are unfairly underrated.

Saga, is very underrated IMO. haven't heard a lot from them anywhere cept for the few songs they play on the radio and when I actually go and look up their music. they are very talented, and on a youtube video a comment was that "he is the master of the electronic drum"

You're welcome. I'm very happy to share this with anyone who hasn't heard enough of these groups. Here's two more:

 

[Aero]

Without a doubt, one of them is Zebra. Good band and yet I've never heard them on the radio.

I think, that UFO's albums from later period undeservedly overlooked. Their LPs from year of 1982 up to 2012 has tons of really qualitative stuff.

They were in pretty heavy rotation (at least those two songs) until about the late 80s in Baltimore and I would still hear them once in a while when I lived there but here in LA I have not heard them on the radio once.

Interesting that you say DJs played them in the 80s as I also lived in SoCal and never heard them.

Yeah, I get what you're saying. But you'd think that if they played them in Baltimore back then, they'd also play them in LA and every other major city...unless they were a local band from Baltimore who only got airplay there.
