I'm shocked at some on the list. Bands like Rush, KISS and Zeppelin don't surprise me at all. Let's not forget, The Stones didn't get a nomination until "Some Girls". But Queen and The Beach Boys? These are two of the greatest bands ever in terms of vocal harmonies. How did they not at least get "Best Rock or Pop Vocal" for something? I'm also surprised that Diana Ross hasn't gotten one for something or another.

Grammy's are a corporate love fest, decided more by politics and relationships in the industry than what fans think and as such I've ignored them forever. My Mom watched all those award shows, then she'd get frustrated when one of her favorites got passed over again. These shows are like watching an Olympic event that's in the hands of judges who are either bribed to vote for a certain competitor, or are deaf dumb and blind and have no place judging anything except maybe a pie eating contest.

ZZ Top and Lynyrd Skynyrd also have never won a Grammy.

ZZ Top were nominated for Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal in '84 (Eliminator) and '87 (Afterburner) but lost to The Police (Synchronicity) and Eurythmics (Missionary Man).

Lynyrd Skynyrd have never been nominated.

Electric Light Orchestra should also be on this list as ELO has never even been nominated for any awards show ceremony anywhere, ever! :mad
