Downloaded and watched the BBC4 rockumentary on Lizzy yesterday...very good stuff with a few revelations...Robbo doesn't look like he has long left on this earth but Scott is getting younger I swear....

I remember watching that last year. It was very good. Reignited mt penchant for Thin Lizzy

Please tell me they did more songs like Emerald.

It's been long, long time since I tasted a pure essence of hard rock. I tried to get Jailbreak album, but couldn't find in all record shops round. :(

^^You can get a brand new Audiophile copy of Jailbreak Nolo, from the site I posted in the wax thread. I got mine 3 weeks ago, it will always occupy a special place in my collection, Thin Lizzy at their very best.

I can't afford to buy any 180 gram reissues at the moment I'm afraid, so I have to keep an eye on a second hand vinyl for £3.

Since yesterday I listen to Emerald only, such a brilliant song. I already suggested it to my covers band and all agreed on that. Yay!

Listened to Bad Reputation yesterday and found another great track.

That Woman's Gonna Break Your Heart

I love the riff during the intro and after chorus. Of course the title track is a killer too.

This album and Fighting are so far the very good ones I have listened so far. I was already familiar with Fighting before.

^^^Opium Trail off of that album is up there vying for my favourite track from Thin Lizzy Nolo, great tune and the lyrics are just brilliant.

I like how Phil on bass follows the guitar on Opium Trail, Sox. I don't think there is anything bad about this album. I listened to Jailbreak the other day and for an outstanding album I don't feel like most of the tracks are good enough to get my attention. Bad Reputation got me there however (as well as Fighting).

If you went without food for a few weeks you could get new 180 pressings of your fave TL records Nolo...:D
