It's actully Captain Beyond track. But never heard of Axcraft before until now.

I am familiar with the song but there is also a progressive rock band that has one S/T album of the same name. I though you were referencing the band and S/T album.

Wicked Lady - the heaviest band in the early 70s, you can't disagree.

^^^Almost too heavy due to the production for my ears. Guitarist Martin Weaver went onto to the Dark for one album, Round The Edges. Heavy yet melodic and progressive and better produced.

I wouldn't called Wicked Lady the heaviest 70's band at all. Sloppy ? Yes ..heavy ? kinda. Enjoyable just the same...

SUDDEN DEATH , BEDEMON and others ( including early Sabbath, Deep Purple's In Rock ) are much heavier to these ears
