Okay I am catching up now, I have got a copy of Hounds of Love and The Kick Inside, those are the two Kate albums I will check out...I'll be back when I have given them a "thump"...

Thanks Aktivator You know I wondered whether you would be a fan of Kate as I know you like a few female artists I do, like Tori Amos and Marina Diamandis. I'm sorry to hear about your high school friend, that's very sad, and I know what you mean about certainly songs being too painful to hear because of the memories, I get that quite a lot.

ha actually I would say Kate was my first female addiction. Sure there was Joni, Grace and Janis before her but Kate was the first one where I had to hear it all.

Another note I have a British actress friend(now in Hollywood) who one a contest for best Kate lookalike back in the 80's. I'll have to see if I can dig up the pictures.

A few 7" single scans to start with. Wuthering Heights was originally released here in the UK with a picture sleeve which I haven't got

The "On Stage" EP played at 33 1/3 rpm but the demo/promo release played at 45. I picked up this copy at a record fair.



A few more when I get some PC time to myself!

cool post Jeffrey I've got the 45's for Breathing and Experiment IV, suprised that I found them in a used bin for $1 each back in the early 00s
