My two most prized possessions. A 1970 or so Fender Twin With a JBL Bottom. Traded my buddy a Vox Super Beatle for it because a wanted to start playing bass. Wish I still had the Vox. And my 1968 Fender Telecaster that I bought in 1972 for $100 with the hardcover case. I want to be buried with this guitar but I will pass it on to some young bass prodigy.

I have 6 electric guitars...

1. A copy of a Gibson flying-V. A tan colour with a black scratch plate I have had it from new for about 20 years.
2. A Westfield (Scottish made) copy of a Gibson cherry coloured SG with a black scratch plate I have had it from new for around 8 years.
3. A Gibson cherry coloured SG with a black double scratch plate similar to what Pete Townshend played in The Who 1969-1971 I have had it from new for about 10 months.
4. A Epiphone Firebird sunburst coloured with white scratch plate similar to what American blues/rock guitarist Johnny Winter played throughout the 1970s I have had it from new since the end of 2020.
5. A Epiphone cherry coloured SG with vibrato arm with a black scratch plate which I have had from new since the start of 2021
6. A Epiphone cherry coloured EBO bass guitar with a black scratch plate similar to what Jack Bruce played in Cream around 1968 which I have had from new for about 2 months.

Was thinking of maybe buying a white Fender Stratocaster with a maple neck(?) also maybe a butterscotch coloured Fender Telecaster as well but later in the year?.

Just posted a Hot Chocolate song on the Alexis thread... Harvey Hinsley nails the technique of running his axe of choice thru' a Roland.... dig this riff and hook!
Harvey Hinsley bit of a forgotten name these days but came up with some nice guitar riffs during his time in Hot Chocolate between 1969/70- 1988
