I didn't know Mike Love filed legal action to gain control over the Band and basically do whatever he wants with the Beach Boys.

Best thing the fans who care can do is not bother buying tickets, that would send a message that Love has ruined what should have been one last Beach Party tour by what's left of the original band.

So many of these lawsuits/squabbles the last few years, I would hope that musicians today at least READ the fine print carefully before they sign anything, and in the future if things go badly then take some time and think about what your options are and then protect yourself.
