Strangely for someone who loves growling, I don't have a lot of vocalists who growl.

So, Who is your favourite growler/s?

Mine are (in no order):

Jari Mäenpää

Jari Mäenpää is the songwriter, keyboardist, vocalist and guitarist for the Finish melodic death metal band Wintersun.
Something that this guy does when he growls just works for me ... even though its not the deepest growl ... or best.

Mikael Åkerfeldt

Mikael Åkerfeldt is the lead vocalist, guitarist and songwriter of Opeth, a progressive death metal band.
I think you guys know this guy :grinthumb

Brendon Small

Brendon Small is lead vocals and guitar for the live death metal band Dethklok.

Johan Hegg

With a powerful, deep growl from the melodic death metal band Amon Amarth comes the lead vocalist, Johan Hegg.

Chrigel Glanzmann

From Eluveitie, a celtic folk/melodic death metal band comes lead vocalist Chrigel Glanzmann. Chrigel Glanzmann is also very adept at the mandola, whistles, pipes, gaita, acoustic guitar and the bodhrán.
Also one of my favourite songs...

Begins and ends with Mikael Akerfeldt for me, he even tours here everytime he comes to N. America, people here like Opeth a lot.

Perhaps because Mikael Akerfeldt is a very talented musician and vocalist?
I am always amazed at how he can alternate so well.

Yes, he can sing any style and do it well. He is also willing to step outside and experiment with Opeth's sound. I would not be surprised if one day he is fronting a band like Avantasia along with his hard core metal band.

Not sure if some of these were on your list, but here's a few I really like, i'll just put videos, some of these don't have photos:

Jason Wisdom of Becoming The Archetype

Raúl Puente Tobalina of Mistweaver

Johan Hegg of Amon Amarth

I'll post more later...

I'll have to add Christian Älvestam to this list. not only is his growl intense, but he also has that uncanny ability to be able to switch to some nice clean vocals.

Christian Älvestam

I also really like Muhammed Suiçmez from Necrophagist. Some growls and screams can really get on my nerves, but his growls are quite pleasant for some reason! Perhaps it's the tone. I also like how he doesn't look the part lol

Good choices there Kuaizi!
Muhammed Suiçmez is a talented guitarist too from what I have seen and heard.
He has a good growl too, one that is fairly smooth!

I have never heard of Christian Älvestam, though I was rather impressed to hear how high he could sing clean after his growl!

Heres another one for you guys:
