#2) the son of Gene Simmons. Seriously. Say what you will about his personality, the one you see in front of the cameras and microphones, but I tell you what, he sure seems to absolutely love and adore his family. He treats them like royalty. He's not a druggie or a drunk. I really doubt he's mistreated anyone in his family (and that's an assumption based on what I've seen, know what I know as fact). I think he'd be a pretty cool dad.

:cheers2I agree:grinthumb I admit to have watched a full season of Family Jewels despite my disgust with really shows,:heheh:

I really love to see a good father treating his family with love and respect real or not..Gene Simmons cares alot about his family. His kids a good kids and they tease him alot, but the respect is right there too .

I think Gene is a very good dad..he walks the walk etc no drugs no drunken crap ..he respects his mom so he expects that with his kids relationship with their mom , Shannon. Thats nice to see too...he doesn't call her a ho or disrespect her.

I pick Gene or Even Dee Snyder or Alice Cooper, ..they also a good dad with the above attitude.

and Prob George Harrison and Paul McCartney would be my choices too..Paul is a great dad.

I judge this on his children attitude (are they good people.are they always in the new for crap drugs etc, do the respect their parents) These tell me if the parent is involved in their lives and therefore good parents..Paul adopted Linda's daughter Heather when he married her mom. She was 6-7 years old . I always admired how he took that on and Heather adored him . He never treated her like anything but his own , very charming .

and also Paul was major in Julian Lennon's recovery from drugs few years ago. Julian has a better relationship with Macca then he ever had with his dad John.Paul always felt affection toward Julian and even wrote him the song 'hey Jude' when his mom and dad split..I always admired Paul for his consern about Julian..

George Harrison son Dhani is a very nice kid. I love how he respected Georges' friends in Concert For George and he really finshed off Georges' last album as a labor of love. He not in the tab for partying all night or wreaking his car etc..

Ringo is a good dad too but the early years of his drug abuse kinda hurt my overall opinion. However he DOES set an excellent example of learning from your mistakes. Because of his drinking buddies DID not make it ( Bonham, Moonie, Graham Chapman)

John Lennon- sometimes he was a good dad..he failed with Julian in an epic way imo..but he was trying to foster things in his last years

and he tried to be better with Sean..

poor fathers imo include :based on their imput /lifestyle /their kids behavior

Mick Jagger -drugs
Keith Richards-drugs
Keith Moon-drugs/melt downs
Ozzy Osborne drugs-swearing-kids ALWAYS in trouble
Bret Michaels -never good example..selfish..drugs abuse
John Phillips- mackenzie phillips ? she's a mess..he had perverts around her/himself
Jerry Garcia - love Jerry but I read his daughter took acid by accident when she was like 6 years old:omg:
