I'm experiencing 'Deja Vu'.................
I dont know if its 'excessive' but this is the only forum I have ever been on that required a min post number once you became an accepted registered member.
I do recall a forum that had a 'hidden forum for VIP members' who paid xtra thru paypal so they could talk to each other 'off forum' so to speak ,but all the other forum threads were available to all including pm's.
