My daughter and I went to the Mann Music Center in Philly at the end of May and saw Haim.
It wasn't a bad show, but they were kinda sloppy.
One thing I wasn't expecting was the extraordinarily large number of LGBTQ+ population.
Matter of fact, the best part of the whole event, for me, wasn't the show.
My daughter is ***, and I was wearing a Proud Dad rainbow tee shirt.
I got at least 1/2 dozen hugs from random strangers, thanking me for being a good dad.
A couple of those kids actually had tears in their eyes and told my daughter she was lucky because their parents didn't accept their lifestyle.
I can't imagine not accepting your own child.
