What's the last gig that you went to?

Saw the Goo Goo Dolls last night! A great show, I was cold and wet; as it rained on us but I maned through it!


I also really enjoyed Fitz and The Tantrums opening act!

My wife and I went to a local bar last night to listen to a trio perform songs from the 1980’s. The band is called The Zeros and musically they were ok. They had some surprising choices in the sets, beginning with a good version of Gary Numan or Fear Factory’s “Cars”.
A real surprise was the band playing “Everywhere I Go” by The Call. They did not play it well but the fact they played it at all was satisfying enough.

Which one of you members also listens to Golden Earring often?
My wife and I went to a local somewhat seedy bar last night to listen to some live music and one of the songs the band played was “Radar Love”. It was not half bad.
They also include songs like “Bark At The Moon” and they guitarist played Jake Lee’s bits well enough.
They put on a good show.

This was superb... not a tribute band at all..

My wife and I listened to a Steely Dan tribute band last night and they played so many of their songs.
The vocalist was close enough to sounding like Donald Fagen and the music was really good.
The band is called Glamour Profession and had eleven musicians including a five piece brass section.
If you like the music of Steely Dan, this act will thrill you.
