The Warlocks (not to be confused with the pre-GDead band)...a L.A. psych stoner band which exploded on the scene in the late 1990s. I'll be seeing them live on the 14 July at a local summer rock fest ...can't wait!!

The Warlocks looks interesting @nedkelly, remembering Explosions in the Sky
from Texas as a sort of psychedelic band from the late 90's that caught my ear,
and pretty good too.




np... these types of offshoots were an awful lot of fun back in the day,
when looking for something new to buy for the weekend. There were
an awful lot of them in the 70's, this was one of the decent ones.
