A nice 'grateful for the renuion release' long player, always thought it
was unfairly criticized. Roger McGuinn was in fine form and at a
peak with some great solo records at the time.

A pretty good '74 release and one of the best sounding albums to
come out of the south during that time period: good use of space,
airy, punchy and a clear sound stage w/ a mix featuring prominent
vocals and instrumentation. This was their peak period, didn't care
for their newer material much after this.


I saw them the year before they got fm radio's ear, and they were a
gritty talented band live, and that could jam with the best of them.
