Some bands need a little more time, a little more attention. Just remember to approach bands with an open mind, particularly bands that fall into a genre you normally like. I honestly believe that some bands will resonate with you, when you reach a certain age or a certain state of mind, both of which can be different from person to person and are not necessarily related. Some will get there sooner, some later and some people never will!

Thanks for understanding. I'll definitely use that mindset as I go on to listen to new artists. Thank you for the great advice.
