That sucks Cosmic hope it heals quickly for you. Four weeks ago I smashed one of my toes really badly, I knew the nail was going to turn purple/black and fall off, and I find as you get older it takes months for the new nail to grow in.

Shaping up to be a fantastic afternoon here, so I'm off for my first Real mountain bike ride in an hour or so.
